RotorOps Rescue Fire Police Mission Prep Tools
Practical pre-flight checklists for SAMU, firefighting, and gendarmerie sorties in the Roblox BETA.
Why a tools hub
RotorOps punishes improvisation more than most Roblox experiences. Fuel, hoist timing, medical kit order, bucket passes, and department kits all stack. This Tools Hub is a mission-prep desk: printable-in-your-head checklists, role cards, and go/no-go questions you run before X starts the engines.
It does not replace deep tutorials on the Guides Hub. Use tools for the five minutes before takeoff; use guides when you are still learning the system.
Universal pre-flight checklist (every department)
Run this list out loud with your crew:
- Mission type called — SAMU, fire, or gendarmerie (no silent assumptions).
- Seats assigned — pilot, hoist/winch, medical or fire specialist, observer as needed.
- Airframe matches the job — confirm against the Tier List (do not take a bomber to a hoist medevac).
- Fuel plan — know your bingo and which base pad you will use (How to Refuel).
- Sensors plan — who owns FLIR vs NVG (N) at night.
- Tutorial binds fresh — Shift climb, Ctrl descend, X engines, H systems.
- RTB plan — where patients, crew, or empty buckets return if the ticket collapses.
- No cheat shortcuts — ignore injectors; see Scripts.
If any line fails, fix it on the pad—not over the patient.
SAMU / medical role card
Pilot
- Stable hover lane for hoist
- Calls altitude and drift
- Owns fuel clock and NVG
Hoist operator
- Clear “hover on / litter ready / hoist moving” calls
- Stops the cycle if the pilot drifts
- Rehearsed with How to Use the Hoist
Medical / stretcher
- Kit order ready: collar, splint, tourniquet, intubation, respirator as required
- Stretcher path into cabin planned
- Full flow on Medical Missions
Go/no-go
- Go if hoist seat filled and fuel above bingo for pickup + hospital/base.
- No-go if everyone insists on flying and nobody runs kit.
Preferred ships: EC145/H145 first, EC135/AS365 when the crew is small but skilled.
Firefighting role card
Bucket helicopter crew
- Dip site and drop pattern agreed
- Fuel for multiple cycles
- Spotter using FLIR when smoke confuses visuals
Bomber cell (CL-415 / Dash 8)
- Line assignment clear with rotary assets
- Ingress/egress not colliding with hoist traffic elsewhere on the map
- Details in Firefighting Missions
Go/no-go
- Go if suppressant plan (bucket and/or bomber) matches fire scale.
- No-go if you only brought a medevac cabin to a major wildfire ticket.
Gendarmerie role card
Pilot
- Smooth observation orbits, legal-feeling presence, disciplined landing zones
Observer / support
- Sensors and communications; avoid joyride circuits
- Boarding plan if transporting teammates
Go/no-go
- Go if the ticket is presence/support and your ship is EC135 or utility heli class.
- No-go if you staged CL-415/Dash 8 “just because” — keep bombers on fire. Guide: Gendarmerie Missions.
Credit and unlock prep sheet
Before a grind session aimed at the EC-135 (~160k credits reported) or a department unlock:
- Skim Players for community-reported gates (often discussed around level 5 and later near level 20—verify in live UI).
- Confirm country brand list in shop (Bell/Boeing options may appear for some US players).
- Check Codes once—do not stall the session waiting on unverified strings.
- Read Updates so you are not grinding a currency sink that just changed.
Five-minute skills warm-up
When the squad is rusty:
- One pad circuit with engines, hover, and landing (Controls and Flying).
- One refuel touch.
- One dry hoist rehearsal without a critical patient.
- One short department ticket.
- Debrief three calls that were unclear.
This warm-up prevents the “first real rescue is the practice run” problem.
Radio / chat call sheet (copy tone)
Keep chat short:
- “Engines on.” / “Systems on.”
- “Hover on.” / “Drift left.”
- “Litter ready.” / “Hoist moving.” / “Patient aboard.”
- “Bucket wet.” / “Bomber inbound.”
- “Bingo fuel.” / “RTB now.”
Long essays mid-hover cause missed timings.
Session planner (50-player servers)
| Block | Focus |
|---|---|
| 0–10 min | Checklist + warm-up |
| 10–40 min | Primary department tickets |
| 40–55 min | Secondary role flex if servers need gaps filled |
| Final 5 min | Refuel, repair habits, Discord note if a bug appeared |

What this hub will not become
- Not a cheat menu — see Scripts.
- Not a fake code generator — see Codes.
- Not a replacement for filmed UI tutorials — use guides with real embeds when you need eyes on a menu.
Print these cards mentally, brief your crew, then launch. RotorOps rewards the team that prepared on the pad.
Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers to the most common RotorOps questions.
What is the Tools Hub for?
Fast mission-prep checklists and role cards for SAMU, fire, and gendarmerie before takeoff. Deep learning still lives on the Guides Hub.
Do I need a different checklist per aircraft?
Start with the universal pre-flight list, then add department cards. Airframe choice still follows the Tier List for mission fit.
Can these tools unlock departments faster?
No. Checklists improve success rate and credits through better sorties. Unlock gates remain in-game and may change during BETA.
Should I use tools or guides first as a beginner?
Read Getting Started and Controls first. Return here for pre-flight cards once you know what each line means.
Are scripts or auto-check tools listed here?
No. This hub is procedural preparation only. There are no verified public scripts for this BETA, and executors are unsafe.
